Ancient Kauri bowl. Always humbling to be able to turn a bowl of wood that can be 25,000 years old. 170mm dia  220mm high. The timber always surprises the turner with its chatoyance.

Coolibah Burl turned, reconstructed  to represent a  miniature Roman helmet for the Fairies of the Realm, carved and embellished.  Comes with a stand of antler that was found in the same forest as the helmet was worn. Size: 270 long.

Blue Gum Burl. The grain and the finish achieved speaks for itself. An amazing piece of wood that needed to be left plain. 220mm diameter 110mm high.

Black Maire with two double-sided egg-shaped boxes.  Lids can be exchanged from side to side.  400mm long.

Coolibah Burl.  An amazing piece of timber that has been further enhanced by the carving of leaves on the rim.  The leaves change as they are viewed from different angles they appear to be moving in the wind.  360mm dia 100mm high.

Magnolia Grandiflora 320 dia x 320 w Large Bowl  The full size leaves have been hand carved and embelished to resemble the tree leaves moving gently in the wind. A majestic tree that always draws the eye.  

Made from Australian Mango timber with embellished rim of Koru and bronze.  290 diameter. 

Red Mallee Natural edge burl.  This bowl sits on three feet with a carved rim to picture frame the delight in the grain.   The gold leafed leaves are to tell the story of how this burl came from the gold fields in Australia.  400mm dia 85mm high.

A delight at Christmas and when we have the blooms in flower.  The flowers are life sized on this form, 300mm high 250 mm diameter. Turned, carved and embellished with a dash of colour - as the tree in bloom looks. 

 Large  New Zealand Heart Rimu  bowl with spectacular grain.  420 mm diameter. 

This Ancient Kauri waka holds a carved Bone Feather. A vase, transformed to a canoe, carved and embellished. Koru patterned hull is depicted as new beginnings and the gift feather as a holding place to our elders.  450mm long and 90mm high.
