Made from Jacaranda, with Metalic Blue, finished with Ondina oil and Beall Buffing system. The piece is inspired by Pacific Island Lagoons - depicting sand leading into the crystal blue water. H 115mm x W 110mm
A beautiful hand sized bowl made from Pohutukawa. External embellishment - Pyrography basket weave pattern painted black topped with a matt paint (colour: concrete) which flows effortlessly over the rim into the internal surface. H 60mm x W 115mm
Don't be fooled these are made of various timbers hollowed to 1-2mm, permanent plugs inserted in ends. Finished with Industrial paints: Matt Black, Antique Pewter, Rust, and Granite. They are feather light - all five weigh just 400 gms. Max H 330mm x W52mm
Made from Poplar with pyrography and coloured to resemble "straw". Mahogany veneer lining and head band is finished with Ondina oil. The stand is Jacaranda, with pyrography embellishment both top and base. H 50mm x W 300mm.
The ladies are off centre turned from Purple Heart. The hats are various timbers - turned to 1-2mm thickness to allow them to naturally move. Finished with Pyrography, coloured in acrylic paint and accessorized with ribbons. H 110mm

Highlighting the natural beauty of the wood. Made from Oak and turned to a 2mm wall thickness. Finished with Ondena oil and Beall buffed. The Keyhole itself was created in nature by a knot in the wood. H 190 mm x W 145 mm
Poplar, externally the grain is accentuated and painted metallic blue. The remainder is burnt with pyrography. Internally the piece depicts where the land joins the scorched earth and is rejuvinated by the water. H 175mm x W 125mm.
