Large Arizona Cypress vase.  Highly perforated walls following the grain lines, sandblasted to highlight the grain and texture.  Finished with Danish oil and beeswax.  Stands 250mm(10") x 150mm(6") x 5mm walls.

Macadamia Form, turned with the pith in to enhance the striking radiating medullary rays.  A very hard dense timber almost equal to its famed nut shell.  Danish oil, Yorkshire paste buffed.  130mm(5") H x 110mm(4.5") diam x 4mm walls

Arizona Cypress Form.  Highly perforated walls following the grain lines highlighting its features.  Very light in weight, sandblasted for effect and to enhance the texture.  Finished with Danish oil, bees wax finish.  200mm(8") H x 200mm(8") diam x 4-5mm walls

Arizona Cypress deep bowl.  Trypophobia, extreme fear of clusters of small holes.  Perforated and sandblasted to add a visual texture and feel. Sealed with Danish oil and bees wax finish.  200 mm (8") x 200 mm (8"). 

Whai Keo or our native stingray symbol carved out of Ancient NZ Swamp Kauri root. The wood is highly figured.  This piece is sealed in polymer resin, de-glazed, rebuffed with Yorkshire paste.  460mm(18") high x 300mm(12") widest point
