Maire bowl 255mm x 140mm. Dremel embellishment to highlight the wood colour.

Made from Australian Mango timber with embellished rim of Koru and bronze.  290 diameter.

Beautiful example of native puriri with interesting grain. Embellished outside and bevelled rim. Finished in lacquer and buffed with steel wool.

Elm base and bowl finished with tung oil and wax. Stem constructed from rimu joined with intertwined bamboo strips both textured with modelling paste and finished with a painted verdigris effect. 345 mm high.

Once destined for the fire, this stunning piece of recycled Mahogany has been embellished with pyrography, carving, and paint to frame its natural beauty. Finished with Danish oil and waxes, bringing it to a high gloss finish. 260mm wide.

Made from Purple Heart, Maple, Winge, Rosewood and Walnut.  Finish is Fishies Lacquer and Beall buffed to a gloss finish.  H 180mm x W 255mm

The deep colour tones and dotted texturing evoke thoughts of wonderment and romance.  Wood type unknown, airbrushed with water-based dyes and oversprayed with lacquer.  256mm x 26mm.

Spalted American sweetgum bowl. Turned green, burned, brushed, burnished, and finished with linseed oil and beeswax.  Recycled copper pewa attached with copper nails.  Material: Liquidambar styracilfua.  Diameter: 310/285 mm Height: 165 mm. Rim wall thickness: 8 mm.

Arizona Cypress deep bowl.  Trypophobia, extreme fear of clusters of small holes.  Perforated and sandblasted to add a visual texture and feel. Sealed with Danish oil and bees wax finish.  200 mm (8") x 200 mm (8"). 

Totara with tails and centre console ebonised highlighted with blue acrylic paint representing the sea, finished with french polish.  Size: 350 x 80 mm

Winged bowl, each wing has one side up and one down. 330 mm long, 190 mm wide, 75 mm high. Made from the yellow heart wood from a Kahikatea. Finished with Beall Buff.
